Most of the time fear prevents us from living our truth. The ironic thing is ‘what we are most fearful of, is the very thing that sets us free’ I witness this in my work so often. We are so stressed worrying about money that we forget about our own self-care so much. It ends up being to our own detriment because not investing time and money into our self now, actually effects our health and wealth later on.

Sometimes we forget that we need to invest money and time into ourselves in order to preserve our health and wealth.

Picture this – You experience chronic fatigue OR pains around your heart OR migraines OR something else that catches you by surprise and after lengthy deliberation you decide to see a GP. Your GP says that you need to undergo a series of tests ASAP including bloods, CT Scan, X-Rays, Ultra Sound, MRI etc

You follow this advice and you miraculously FIND TIME to pursue this terrifying journey. You book in to have the tests and SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS later, you pay for them without question!

However, RIGHT NOW, if anybody suggested you put yourself first and book yourself in for a massage or chiro, you completely believe that you are so time poor and money poor that it is near on imPOSSIBLE.

You tend to have a variety of GO-TO’s that help you justify the way you are feeling, like your chocolate, wine, TV, movies etc

Along the way you have completely forgotten about how AMAZING you are. Let’s shift that negative energy so we can bring in the new! Get out of your comfort zone, challenge yourself and feel yourself become ALIVE again!

To climb up to the next levels, follow these steps for a total of 4 weeks – YOU CAN DO THIS!!!;

  1. Write down 20 things that you feel grateful for
  2. 3 x per week – have an early night and wake up at 5AM – GO FOR A WALK!
  3. Cleanse – have a hot drink with lemon every morning before your coffee or tea
  4. Look after your gut health – buy some Mundella Greek Yoghurt and have 1 x tablespoon daily
  5. Nutrition – make better choices with regards to your diet. Take baby steps, don’t change everything all at once. If you have a wine every night, then cut back Mon – Fri and only have one on the weekend. Save your chocolate and treats for the last day of your exercise regime.
  6. Meditate – go onto YouTube and search for a guided meditation – if you are time poor then select a 10-minute meditation. Do this 5 x per week.
  7. Write down 5 people who you want to be the best version of yourself for and why!
  8. Book in for some self-care 1 x per week for the next 4 weeks – a relaxation massage and reiki therapy can help to shift some old pent up energy that no longer serves you.
  9. After 4 weeks of doing the above program, answer the questions again – if you do not feel any better, then talk to a professional because YOU ARE WORTH IT and I know you can overcome this! You are a CHAMPION!

16-27 – You have moments where you feel high in energy and experience moments of confidence. You sometimes feel as though you are on an emotional roller coaster because your unexpected turn in emotion throws you for a six. . You CAN be disciplined when you want to be but sometimes fall off the wagon.

You like who you are most of the time but you do not LOVE YOURSELF unconditionally. Your environment is what is holding you back. Your truth needs to be heard and you need to be living your life purpose in order to completely flourish. The reason why you feel so torn is because deep down you are aware that these changes need to be made but FEAR is stopping you. Fear you won’t have enough money, fear you might upset somebody, fear you might make the wrong decision, fear you might succeed, fear of being lonely, fear of failing.

Here is a program so you can continue moving forward with integrity and wisdom.

  1. Find 30 minutes every day to help shift any doubts
  2. Meditate – go onto YouTube and search for a guided meditation – if you are time poor then select a 10-minute meditation. Do this 5 x per week.
  3. Reduce your intake of alcohol – this can block your growth and feed your fear
  4. Write down your Values
  5. Write down your 3, 6 and 12 month goals
  6. Write down 5 people who you want to be the best version of yourself for and why!
  7. Write down what changes you need to make in your environment to compliment your personal truth
  8. Cleanse – have a hot drink with lemon every morning before your coffee or tea
  9. Look after your gut health – buy some Mundella Greek Yoghurt and have 1 x tablespoon daily
  10. Book in for some self-care 1 x per week for 4 weeks – a relaxation massage and reiki therapy will help support you and your truth
  11. After 4 weeks of doing the above program, answer the questions again. How did you go? If you didn’t skip any of the above steps but you haven’t jumped up to the next level then you need to shift more energy. Remember you are still a CHAMPION!

28-40 – WOOHOO GO YOU!!! You feel great most of the time. You are your own worst enemy and you know within yourself exactly what you need to do to stay elevated! You do not realise how much you inspire people around you. Helping others lifts your energy. When your energy is high, it has a massive ripple effect and rubs off on people. When your energy is low, people generally don’t really notice because you can hide it well and it doesn’t last for too long. You have faced and overcome most of your fears. You are honest, loyal and committed. You have learnt how to laugh at yourself. Believing that everything happens for a reason resonates very strongly with you which is why you have so much faith in life’s processes.
